I’m not local to Mexico City area. Can you still make my website?
Yep! I’m great at communicating via phone and email. Most clients I’ve had come from the United States and Italy.
What type of websites do you create?
I specialize in designing different kinds of WordPress websites, from corporates to eCommerce stores, blog and magazine layouts and professional small-medium businesses. I enjoy the challenge of customize layout website, re-designing your content into a successful and high converting place to visit that is easy for your customers to use.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes, every website I build is responsive and adapts to portable devices. Responsive web design ensures optimal viewing across a wide range of devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
How long will web design process take?
Once you provide the copy and we have our kickoff call, your fabulous website will be up and running in about 4–6 weeks.
How many design revisions do you allow for?
I allow up to 3 rounds of revisions. I ask that you give me a comprehensive list of changes each time to make the process quick and smooth. Revisions only become an issue if it’s obvious we’re moving in circles. If this happens, I’ll work with you on ways we can get the project back on track.
Are your designs pre-made templates?
Nope! A lot of my competitors purchase themes or use pre-made templates to cut costs. Even If I use Divi, I build every website from scratch and hand-code to the exact needs of each client.
What if I need more extras outside of your packages?
I’m always open to listen to my client’s needs and can help you figure out the best solution for them. Need a custom quote? Please, fill out my form.
Do you take a percentage of each transaction from my eCommerce website?
No, the only transaction fees will be from your payment gateway.
What Does Your Hosting Basic Plan Include?
My Hosting Basic Plan includes the following:
- Up to 10,000 monthly visits
- 10 GB of space
- SSD storage
- Content delivery network (CDN)
- Tech support within 24 hours
- SSL certificate

Why don't you offer email accounts with your web hosting?
No, but for very good reason. Most web hosts that bundle email service into web hosting gives you a barebones email system. There often isn’t spam controls or fraud and virus protection and you’re given a very limited amount of storage space. I recommend Google Suite as it provides a level of service almost nobody can match.
Are there any recurring costs involved with owning a website?
Yes. Many web designer won’t mention recurring costs before starting your project. At a minimum, you’ll need annual web hosting and an annual domain name registration for your website.
Are there any other hidden fees I should worry about?
Absolutely not. Except if you live in Mexico, for tax purposes I am obliged to charge you VAT of 16%.
What are your payments terms?
For Starter website package, a 100% advance payment is required.
For any website design above Starter package, if you approve my quote and choose to work with me my payment terms are 50% deposit with the 50% balance due 4-6 weeks later, or upon delivery of the website if sooner.
I normally use direct banking for receiving clients’ payments. I also offer installments for clients established in Mexico.
If you are international and want to send a bank transfer, I recommend you to use TransferWise for minimizing charges of such bank transfers.
As an alternative solution, I use PayPal as my payment processors. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with Visa or MasterCard.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Due to the intangible nature of my work, I cannot guarantee sales, or that your website will be any success at all. That comes down to how you drive traffic and visitors to your website. What I can do is optimize your website to the best of my abilities and skill, to convert that traffic into sales. I also provide 30 days of technical support after the website launch. Do I own the completed website?
You always have full ownership over your website. Although we’d hate to see it happen, you’re free to move your website to a third-party company. Since your website is built using WordPress, you can transfer it to just about any web host.
Where can I obtain WordPress training?
I can provide training at an hourly rate. In addition, the WordPress community is vast and there is a wide range of books, online tutorials, and classes available to help new users learn WordPress.
