WordPress core, plugins & themes are basically all the files that control the specific functionality of a website. I will provide weekly updates so you can rest easy knowing that your WordPress site is operating exactly as it should be.
Have there been any attempts at hacking your site? Have any files been injected with code that isn’t supposed to be there? I’ll safeguard your site and make sure nothing’s going amiss.
Automatic Daily Backups
Don’t worry about losing data. I’ve seen crazy things happen so I usually insist to use automatic backups and confirm they are working properly.
Database Optimization & Comment Moderation
Along with taking up backups, I regularly optimize your database, by getting rid of any unused data, images and spam comments.
Troubleshooting & Priority Support
If something technical goes away with your site, I will fix it ASAP. If there’s a security problem with your site, I’ll be on it right away.
Basic Updates of Content, Design or Functionality
My web design and site structure are search-engine friendly with keywords and metadata in all the right places.

Do I really need a WordPress Maintenance service?
Do you really have the time to make sure WordPress, your theme, and all your plugins stay up to date? And also the time (or the know-how) to get things back in order when something goes wrong.
And here’s the deal. Those hours aren’t making you money. They’re costing you money. And for what? To save a couple of hundred bucks per month? Nope.
Do you offer 24/7 technical support?
At this time, I do not. My support hours are 8 AM – 5 PM Central Standard Time (GMT -6), Monday through Friday.
Do you support eCommerce sites?
Yes. I support WooCommerce platform.
Do you support WordPress Multisite?
I support WordPress Multisite and WordPress Multi-network.
What are the best ways to contact you for technical support?
Don’t worry! I provide several ways for you to contact me. You can always send an email at any time to firstname.lastname@example.org. From within your WordPress website, you will see my Support Page on your dashboard where you can submit a ticket for assistance.
Can I upgrade my support plan? How?
Of course, you can. Let’s say you purchased my Basic Support plan, and you are currently being billed monthly. If you would like to upgrade this to yearly billing to take advantage of the discount I offer, simply contact me and I’ll be glad to upgrade your plan after completed the payment.
Can you restore my site to a previous version?
Backup and restore is a staple of my WordPress maintenance service. I keep up to 2 months of weekly backups to which I can restore your site at any point.
What do you do if my site is hacked?
If you pick a Premium or Plus plan, I monitor the security of your site in real-time. If your site is hacked, then I will immediately begin work to repair it and use the prepaid 2 hours of technical support included.
If the repair needs more time, I will charge the extra at the hourly rate of $40.
What happens if my site breaks?
Simple. I get it back up and running. I’m here so you don’t have to worry.
What happens if one of my plugins is no longer supported?
While I cannot replace your plugin developers, I will continue monitoring your plugins for issues.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I use PayPal as my payment processor for the monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Does signing up lock me into a contract?
No. You are free to discontinue my WordPress maintenance services at any time, although we have no idea why anyone would want to do that. Seriously.
What is your refund policy?
If you wish to cancel my WordPress website maintenance services, you can do it within 30 days of the initial signup and have your money promptly refunded.
